What is Marble?
Marble is a metamorphic rock composed of recrystallized carbonate minerals, most commonly calcite or dolomite. Marble may be foliated. In geology the term “marble” refers to metamorphosed limestone.

Tho less porous and harder worktops are available, Marble once treated properly is resistant to staining and extremely resistant to heat. No made made worktops can achieve such natural beauty and each slab is compleatly unique.
Marble can be finished in different textures. Polished, and Honed.
