Belvedere Quartzite is a black natural stone with small wave of gold crystals and a slightly green wave. It is mined in Brazil and available in 30mm thickness. The granite is a natural occurring stone that is ideal for kitchen worktops as its extremely hard to scratch, resistant to very high temperatures and once sealed, resistant to staining. Sometimes known as belvedère, tropical storm, fortemoro, black cosmic, black sodalite, cosmic black. A naturally occurring metamorphic rock. It is created when sandstone is subjected to extreme heat and pressure caused by tectonic plate compression in the crust of the earth.
